What we collect

When you submit a form on this site (contact, audit request, newsletter signup), we collect the information you provide: name, business name, email, phone, current website URL, and your message. Nothing else gets pulled.

When you browse the site, our hosting platform (Vercel) logs basic request data for security and performance: IP address, user agent, referring URL, timestamp. These logs are retained for 30 days and are not joined with your identity.

What we do with it

• We reply to you. That's it.
• If you become a client, your information is used to deliver services under our written agreement.
• We do not sell your information, ever. We do not share it with third parties except as required to deliver services you've hired us for (e.g., Google Business Profile access, analytics platforms in your name).
• Newsletter signups receive at most one email per month with market intel + studio updates. Unsubscribe in one click; we don't make it hard.

Analytics

We use Vercel Analytics (or an equivalent privacy-respecting, cookieless analytics provider) for aggregate traffic metrics. No cookies. No fingerprinting. No individual tracking. Opt out by using a browser privacy extension — it won't affect your experience on the site.

Cookies

The site uses one functional cookie: reachrefine-theme, to remember your appearance preference. No advertising cookies, no third-party trackers, no session cookies.

Service Worker + cache

The site registers a service worker for offline support and faster repeat-visit loading. It caches site assets in your browser; cache is invalidated automatically when the site updates (version-keyed). Nothing personal is stored in the service worker cache.

Third-party embeds

If we embed third-party content on this site (a YouTube video, a Matterport tour from another vendor, a Vercel-hosted demo), those embeds load from their own domains and are governed by their own privacy policies. We don't run any first-party 3D viewer or embedded widget that phones home.

Your rights

You can request a copy of any data we hold about you, or ask us to delete it, at any time. Email hello@reachrefine.com. We will comply within 14 days.
