For newer agents who want to stop renting:

    • Custom 5-page IDX-integrated website — Home, Search, Communities (1), About, Contact
    • IDX §11 compliance baked in — your MLS feed stays on. Templated platforms cut corners here; I don't.
    • Live property search — filters for price, beds, baths, type, school district
    • Saved searches with email alerts
    • AI home valuation tool — captures seller leads with comp scoring
    • Lead capture forms wired to your CRM (FUB, kvCORE, Chime)
    • On-page SEO + schema + analytics
    • Domain + hosting + SSL in your name
    • 15-min MLS data sync
    • 1.5 hrs/month of edits and updates
    • Monthly performance email + quarterly strategy call
    • Direct text/call access · same-day SLA
    • Source code yours after the 12-month minimum

Sierra Interactive and BoomTown run $300–$600/mo for templated sites you never own. Reach is the same monthly range, custom-coded, and yours forever after the minimum.

Bundled from Refine up

Nobody else bundles the IT. This is the differentiator.

Sierra and BoomTown sell you a templated site and leave you fighting your laptop. Luxury Presence builds beautiful sites and stops there. Reach Refine bundles a fully-configured, managed business workstation into every plan from Refine up.

  • Hardware

    • Lenovo / HP / Dell business Mini PC (i5 or i7, 16–32GB)
    • Two monitors (24″ 1080p → 27″ 1440p, tier-dependent)
    • Keyboard, mouse, webcam, mic, USB hub, surge strip
    • Hot-spare inventory — replacement ships overnight
    • Yours to keep after the minimum term
  • Security stack

    • Windows 11 Pro · BitLocker encryption · standard-user lockdown
    • Bitdefender GravityZone real EDR
    • NextDNS network-level filtering
    • Proton Pass for every password + 2FA code
    • Patches pushed automatically from my dashboard
  • Support

    • Remote access via AnyDesk — I see your screen in seconds
    • Email + phone + emergency line, response SLA per tier
    • Zoom for scheduled calls
    • Weekly fleet monitoring + monthly status report
    • Quarterly password rotation + access review

Why it matters for agents: open-house morning, the laptop won't boot, the lockbox needs a code, the MLS app crashes. With a managed workstation, I'm on your screen in seconds via AnyDesk and a hot-spare unit ships overnight if hardware actually fails. That's the part Sierra, BoomTown, and Luxury Presence don't offer at any tier.

Prefer to own outright

Pay once, walk away.

Pay upfront, own the asset, no monthly. Same custom build, same IDX compliance, same source-code ownership. Just no subscription. Makes sense for brokerages with finance teams that prefer capital expenses, or anyone who wants to decouple from ongoing service.

  • Discovery → design → build → launch → walk away with everything
  • Full IDX integration with 15-min MLS sync
  • Up to 12 pages (solo / team) · unlimited (brokerage)
  • AI chat with human takeover · home valuation tool
  • Hyperlocal community pages · agent's-picks editorial layer
  • Optional AssistantDB CRM (the agent operations layer) — scoped separately
  • Lighthouse 98+ · synthetic monitoring · bidirectional uptime watchdog
  • Optional Care subscription after launch — scoped per engagement

Most clients save money long-term with a subscription, since ongoing care is bundled. Buyout makes sense when ownership structure or finance preference rules out the monthly path.

Real-estate-specific FAQ

The questions agents actually ask before signing.

Why are the prices listed as "Scoped" instead of a fixed monthly?

Every real-estate engagement is scoped per business — solo agent, team, or brokerage. The four tiers (Reach, Refine, Expand, Anchor) are package shapes, not fixed SKUs. We confirm exact monthly on a 20-min discovery call so the quote reflects your actual production volume, agent count, MLS, and integration requirements. Fixed quote in writing within 48 hours of the call. No standardized sticker — every business gets a real number tailored to what we ship for them.

How does Reach compare on price to Sierra and BoomTown?

Reach is scoped per agent and lands in roughly the same monthly range as the templated platforms ($300–$600/mo for Sierra Interactive and BoomTown), but you get a custom-coded site — not a template shared with thousands of other agents in your MLS — and you own the source code outright after 12 months. Sierra and BoomTown never let you take the site with you; you're renting forever. Exact number is in your scoped proposal.

What's actually in Reach vs Refine?

Reach = custom 5-page IDX site, search, valuation, lead capture, ongoing care, no AI chat takeover, no managed workstation, 1.5 hrs/mo edits. Refine = full Sharon-Fronk-equivalent: up to 8 pages, hyperlocal communities, AI chat with human takeover, cross-MLS price history, agent's-picks editorial layer, managed workstation, 3 hrs/mo edits.

Can I start on Reach and upgrade to Refine later?

Yes — that's the design. Upgrade anytime; the new tier kicks in next billing cycle, no re-onboarding fees. The Refine-tier minimum starts from the upgrade date. Most Reach clients upgrade within their second year as production grows.

Will my site work with my brokerage's brand requirements?

Yes. Howard Hanna, Keller Williams, RE/MAX, Compass, Coldwell Banker, or independent — the site is built to comply with your brokerage's branding, disclosure, and digital marketing rules. We confirm requirements during discovery.

What's IDX and why do I need it?

IDX (Internet Data Exchange) lets your site display all listings from your local MLS, not just your own. Without IDX, buyers landing on your site only see your personal listings. With IDX, your site becomes a full search experience that keeps buyers on your domain instead of sending them to Zillow.

How long does the build take?

Reach: 3–5 weeks. Refine: 4–6 weeks. Expand: 6–8 weeks. Anchor: 8–12 weeks. The first month or two of the subscription covers the build; you see weekly demos starting in week one.

Will I lose my SEO if I switch from my current site?

No. Every existing URL gets 301-redirected to its new equivalent. SEO migration is part of every build, not an add-on.

What happens to my leads when I cancel?

You take everything — domain, source code, lead history, content. Leads live in your CRM, not on my server. After the minimum you can cancel any month with 30 days notice and the site keeps working.

Why is a managed workstation bundled into Refine, Expand, and Anchor?

Because I can't promise security, uptime, or fast support on a device I don't control. The hardware is a small piece of the value — what you're paying for is the security configuration, patch management, AnyDesk remote support, and a hot-spare program. After the minimum, the workstation is yours.

How do payments work?

Subscriptions: monthly via Stripe against your scoped quote, terms set in the proposal. Refine / Expand / Anchor also include a one-time deployment fee for the workstation (covers shipping + setup labor, quoted in the proposal). Buyout: 30 / 40 / 30 milestone billing — 30% on signing, 40% at midpoint demo, 30% at launch.
