Why is Reach $599/mo when Sierra and BoomTown are $300–$600?
Same monthly range, but you get a custom-coded site (not a template shared with thousands of other agents) and you own the source code after 12 months. Sierra and BoomTown never let you take the site with you — you're renting forever.
What's actually in Reach vs Refine?
Reach = custom 5-page IDX site, search, valuation, lead capture, ongoing care, no AI chat takeover, no managed workstation, 1.5 hrs/mo edits. Refine = full Sharon-Fronk-equivalent: up to 8 pages, hyperlocal communities, AI chat with human takeover, cross-MLS price history, agent's-picks editorial layer, managed workstation, 3 hrs/mo edits.
Can I start on Reach and upgrade to Refine later?
Yes — that's the design. Upgrade anytime; the new tier kicks in next billing cycle, no re-onboarding fees. The Refine-tier minimum starts from the upgrade date. Most Reach clients upgrade within their second year as production grows.
Will my site work with my brokerage's brand requirements?
Yes. Howard Hanna, Keller Williams, RE/MAX, Compass, Coldwell Banker, or independent — the site is built to comply with your brokerage's branding, disclosure, and digital marketing rules. We confirm requirements during discovery.
What's IDX and why do I need it?
IDX (Internet Data Exchange) lets your site display all listings from your local MLS, not just your own. Without IDX, buyers landing on your site only see your personal listings. With IDX, your site becomes a full search experience that keeps buyers on your domain instead of sending them to Zillow.
How long does the build take?
Reach: 3–5 weeks. Refine: 4–6 weeks. Expand: 6–8 weeks. Anchor: 8–12 weeks. The first month or two of the subscription covers the build; you see weekly demos starting in week one.
Will I lose my SEO if I switch from my current site?
No. Every existing URL gets 301-redirected to its new equivalent. SEO migration is part of every build, not an add-on.
What happens to my leads when I cancel?
You take everything — domain, source code, lead history, content. Leads live in your CRM, not on my server. After the minimum you can cancel any month with 30 days notice and the site keeps working.
Why is a managed workstation bundled into Refine, Expand, and Anchor?
Because I can't promise security, uptime, or fast support on a device I don't control. The hardware is a small piece of the value — what you're paying for is the security configuration, patch management, AnyDesk remote support, and a hot-spare program. After the minimum, the workstation is yours.
How do payments work?
Subscriptions: monthly Stripe charge, first month due on signing. Refine/Expand/Anchor also include a one-time $99 workstation deployment fee. Buyout projects: 30% on signing, 40% at midpoint demo, 30% at launch.
