About · Operator on the line

One operator.
Every line of code.

I'm Tom — the entire studio. The person who picks up the phone, ships the code, deploys the build, and texts back at 5pm before tomorrow's open house. Reach Refine is one human, deliberately.

The pitch

An agency has six handoffs before your feedback reaches the person writing the code. I'm the producer, designer, and developer.

A producer takes the brief. A project manager schedules the design review. An account lead translates. A designer mocks the page. Three developers split the implementation. A QA contractor signs off. Then your edit comes back to the producer to triage. Each layer is a tax on speed, an opportunity for the original intent to drift, and a markup on the invoice for coordination overhead that should be a single Slack message.

I shipped SharonFronk.com end-to-end — custom IDX integration, hyperlocal community pages, AI chat with takeover, Anthropic Claude on the backend, Postgres for listings + leads, weekly demos, ongoing care. Same person, every layer. Site bug at 4:47pm before tomorrow's open house? Text me — your bug is fixed by 6.

The trade-off: I take on one new project per quarter. If you need fifty agents onboarded in three weeks, I'm not your operator. If you need a custom system built and supported like a partner who actually understands real estate, that's exactly what this is.

The stack

Production-grade tooling. No no-code shortcuts.

Everything I ship is hand-coded on the same stack the high-end agencies use. No Webflow exports, no Wix transplants, no platform lock-in. You own the code, you own the database, you own the customer relationships.

What this isn't

Reach Refine is not:

  • an agency
  • a reseller
  • a template platform
  • 50 logos on the homepage
  • an account-manager queue
  • six-figure retainers for a Wordpress install

It's one human, on the line, shipping production-grade real-estate infrastructure. That's the whole pitch.

Currently

Live status board. What's true today.

A real-estate studio with a public status board sounds excessive until you've had three vendors ghost you mid-project. Here's exactly what I'm doing right now, what I can take on, and how fast I respond when something breaks.

Best way to ask a question is the phone — voicemail transcribes to me in under a minute. Email is fine if it's substantive. Text goes to the same number; mid-day texts get answered within an hour. Updated whenever something material changes, which is usually monthly.
